Rotherham level on points with Coventry at top of table; Wycombe third after beating Tranmere

Ben Wiles struck an added-time winner for Rotherham as they stayed top of Sky Bet League One with a 2-1 win at Accrington on Saturday.

The Millers had to be patient against an Accrington side who had won their previous three matches, but Freddie Ladapo opened the scoring after 64 minutes, capitalising on the loose ball in the box and lashing home his 12th league goal of the season.

But Stanley produced an instant riposte as Jordan Clark equalised a minute later, firing across the goal and in off the far post.

Paul Warne's men snatched a last-gasp winner as Wiles netted in the first minute of stoppage time.

Coventry remain level on points at the top after stretching their unbeaten run to 11 matches with a 2-1 win at Rochdale.

Michael Rose headed Coventry in front after just four minutes and they looked to be easing to a fifth successive victory when Matt Godden stretched the lead after 71 minutes.

Rochdale made life difficult for the Sky Blues with a goal from Aaron Wilbraham just a minute later, but Coventry held on to stay level on points with Rotherham.

Wycombe kept within striking distance of the top two after Adebayo Akinfenwa's winner secured a hard-fought 3-1 victory against Tranmere.

The hosts grabbed the lead in first-half stoppage time through Anthony Stewart but Tranmere, who have not won in the league since December 21, hit back as James Vaughan equalised after 63 minutes.

Akinfenwa's 71st-minute strike was enough for Gareth Ainsworth's men to stay just a point off the automatic promotion places.

Sunderland are up to fourth after capitalising on a Bristol Rovers red card to secure a 3-0 win.

Rovers midfielder Abu Ogogo was shown a straight red card after a clash with Sunderland centre-back Alim Ozturk off the ball on 59 minutes.

And the Black Cats made them pay after 71 minutes as Lyndon Gooch gave the hosts the lead, before Charlie Wyke made it 2-0 two minutes later and Luke O'Nien added extra gloss eight minutes from time.

Callum Connolly gave in-form Fleetwood a fifth win in a row to move into the play-off places after a 1-0 win at home to Portsmouth, who dropped out of the top seven.

Ipswich's play-off hopes suffered a blow with a 1-0 loss at home to Oxford United. Matt Taylor struck the only against the run of play after 44 minutes, latching on to Cameron Brannagan's pass to blast his side in front.

Paul Lambert's Tractor Boys had Kayden Jackson sent off in added time and have won one of their last six matches.

Burton edged to a 3-2 win at lowly Southend. Burton went ahead after five minutes through Lucas Akins but Southend, who have won just three matches all season, hit back as Sam Mantom levelled the scores just before the half-hour mark.

Nigel Clough's side flew out of the traps after the interval as Ryan Edwards restored the lead on 49 minutes and Jamie Murphy made sure of the points 16 minutes from time, despite a late John-Joe O'Toole own goal.

Rhys Healey's 68th-minute goal gave MK Dons a 1-0 win over Bolton and David Edwards' 76th-minute strike earned Shrewsbury a first victory since December 21 with a 1-0 win over Doncaster.

Tayo Edun was dismissed in added time for Lincoln, but they held on to a goalless draw with Gillingham, while AFC Wimbledon and Blackpool also finished goalless.
